Want peace of mind? Pop up ur energy? Then try this...

Sit comfortably on the floor either in normal sitting pose or padmasan preferably in a calm surrounding (doors closed, mobiles in silent). First close ur eyes and try to relax for a minute. Then think of anything which makes u feel happy and peaceful eg. A flower, a circle, even OM itself. Picture that one image in ur mind and start to focus on it. Then begin chanting OM loudly or in mind as u like. Meditate as told for minimum 5 mins; maximum1hr or even more. Findings say that, as meditation time increases one's concentration level and peace of mind also increases. First u might find difficulty in calming down or in concentrating but later on practice u will become an expert. So mediation yields multiple benefits like increases one's life span, keeps u hale and healthy, increases concentration power, patience, also relieves stress.

A tip for u to know whether u r really in deep meditation. While meditating u will find disturbances like a calling bell sound, ur mom calling u for help... which might be distracting u. But if u r deeply into meditating u will not be diverted even to a fall of pin or a mild breeze.

When ur eyes are closed and u r prepared to start meditating u can find yellow and dark patterns appearing on ur eye screen. Where the dark moving patterns indicates the external disturbances. If the dark patterns are increasing and moving slowly towards the yellow patterns it means u r widely distracted. The yellow colour is concentrated more in center and the dark patterns outside. Ur meditation should be such that u focus eliminating the disturbances and aim the yellow colour to dominate the eye screen. When u r in the peak of meditation ur eye screen will be full yellow and allows to detach u from this world into a new world of self. In this self u will start exploring u with the God and able to create ur own world...

Temporal Lobe Epilepsy a Gift or a Curse?

U may wonder why am I talking on this topic. Yes, I am a victim of this disorder since Feb 2006.

I hav crossed so many hurdles in life because of my brought up. I am not sociable and adaptable like the most. I will always be in my own circle of rules like most of my friends quote. When the whole world is moving in one direction I am the one who will be moving against everything and everyone. As I give more importance to perfection, dedication and completion which are of least importance or ignored by the most. This is what differentiates and separates me from the most and I was hated by all. But they don't know the days I cried in my parents lap why people hate me? Why they keep away from me? Why they see me different? What's wrong with me? Yes, I got the answers after 20 long years when my difference made sense. I don't know whether my disorder is genetic or through fever or head injury as the cause is still a mystery. But I believe it's a gift. It taught me about different faces of people and made the bond stronger between me and the God. When I realized no one could help me overcome I felt He was in me, an unusual strength. I hav heard and been asked by doctors do u draw? Do u write? Do u imagine? Do u get new ideas? I wondered why they r asking these questions then I came to know most of the artists, writers and all who r creative where a victim of this disorder. Then I laughed to myself God is really calculative though He buried these talents in us he made us realize nothing can be achieved without pain. Like they say no pain no gain. Still I din't get angry on Him, but asked each day "take me soon God I don't wanna live this life through pain". As this life on this world is easy than bearing this pain.

We all being the children of God I believe that He has greater plans for me and trust that He do hav reasons for all these. As I always hope that "Everything happens for a reason".

Can u read others mind?

Yes, off-course. It's absolutely possible through observation and concentration. In a family or with friends, people hav both good and bad thoughts. As in my before post the positive and negative aura is the cause for all the happenings. If people are with good thoughts there will be dominancy of positive energy, in the same case if people are trying to cause bad things to happen to u there will be dominancy of negative energy. But how to analyze or find a solution for this? There are four steps to analyze the situation.

1. Positive or negative feelings
2. Identify
3. Observe
4. Analyze

First, when a person feels happy and comfortable about a situation there is prevalence of positive energy in that environment. Positive energy will give us hope and determination. Our problem lies with negative energy which is the reason for one's disappointment and discomfort. How to figure out the source of negative energy and stop it's impact on one's growth? The answer lies in second step.

The negative energy can be read through one's body language and the stress given on words particularly for the others focus also when u feel ur feelings are pricked by their activites. One can easily identify (-) aura through the way the other person act, speak and do. But how one can understand this negative energy?

It's simple through observation. When u feel the source of negative energy from a person through the possible ways from the above step try to neglect those negative thoughts from that person and keep urself engaged through positive and happy feelings. It's the only solution to get rid of negative aura. How to keep oneself happy and get rid of negative energy?

It's simple when u r conversing with the person with negative thoughts on u, try to stop those thoughts from attacking u by asking or answering them face to face for the conversation they are indirectly attacking u. Pls don't have it in mind and carry on ur complaints. In case if the other person says, "I din't mean that way absolutely" for what u r asking or answering face to face, then u should say, "yes I am sure u meant that way" and be confident on it as ur feelings on their talk will never be wrong for what they lie. Pls don't laugh away the situation and make a fool of urself. Suppose if they r attacking u directly keep urself mum and carry on ur work making no fuss. As, if u start giving importance then the person will catch up a fight.

God has given us the senses to predict and read what is happening around us. It's we who hav to use those senses in a proper way. Yes it's easy to read minds only when u believe 'Impossible is nothing'!!

Overcome Generation Gap

The so called generation gap is the reason for family issues. Misunderstandings between parents and children are quite common. Why this is happening?

Parents are more concerned about their children and they feel that whatever they decide is good for their kids. They are disappointed when these decisions are not accepted by children - the reason is children are more advanced and they have more exposure than their parents where. They doesn't like when decisions are forced on them and say goodbye to advices. This is the stage where their parents were in when they were young but forgotten the nature of state and the children cannot put themselves in their shoes to understand parents feelings. This is why the clash occurs.

It's easy to overcome. How? Though it's hard to switch places, U can overcome the conflict by trust.

For parents, they hav to spend more time with children than involving in materialistic desires which are not permanent. Keep family at the top of ur priority list then aim for recognition. For that changing oneself is important. Trust ur children and encourage their growth by being a positive parent instead of discouraging their desires and make them nothing.

For children, as the coming generations are brighter than our parents time. Be wise, analyze the fact and act accordingly. Try to spend time with parents. Share some family time instead talking to computers and mobiles. As it's soon u r gonna be a parent sometime later and try not repeating the mistakes ur parents done. We know characters are passed on from what we learn from our parents and our kids will be the most affected. Then we will be the sole reason of spoiling the whole generation. Everything is the cause of chain reaction.

Let's change and make others change. Make a fruitful generation!!!

Positive Aura

Every human is struggling to understand why this has to happen this way! Why not the other way round. This is called the power of positive energy. Each individual have unique power of making things happen the way they wish. This can be achieved through increasing ur positive energy. Love what u do and focus ur energy towards what u aim; u will absolutely attain positive result. This is nothing but ur strong confidence which is the base for positiveness.

Eg. In a crowd u are confident about ur dressing and personality; u will emit positive energy across, which will attract the crowd's focus on u.

Also in an interview when u r conversing with the top officials and u r very confident on ur selection, ur thoughts emit positive feeling in the environment u r in which means that the person who is interviewing u is thinking positive of u.

Again when u r in a room of 2 persons, one is u and the other person may be ur friend or someone unknown. U 2 r having conversation and u feel happy and excited on the conversation means there is positive energy between u 2. If u feel uncomfortable and distracted it means there is negative energy surrounded and the person may be troublesome.

These are few ways u can figure out the usefulness of positive energy and try possible ways to bring the situation under control.

SOLUTION FOR CREATION

CAUSES FOR DESTRUCTION

I would like to pen down my thoughts, which is encircling my mind constantly. Before that, I would like to quote few lines, which brought in inspiration to my life,

"What did you lose? Why do you cry?

What did you bring to lose? What did you create to go as waste?

What you have created, is meant to destroy?"

This life of mine have taught me so many values, which I would like to share with you. I came across so many people, each taught me a lesson, which I would like to plant in each one of you. So valuable which has to be nurtured properly!

Why not we widen our thoughts and stop criticizing, rather giving some confidence. People now-a-days are so materalistic and so money minded, no time to love their dear ones and spend their time for few seconds with them. So afraid of the consequences it might lead to! The respect we give for elders is nil :-( We don't know how much they want to protect us from danger, but we prick them by words. So much of experiences, so many wounds they have crossed. When they see the same darkness attacking us, they are so much worried that it does not take us to any extremes. But nothing can be stopped, everything has to happen as it is the Universal Law. Every experience is a step, which takes us forward, teaches our mistakes and helps to improve them; which moulds our character.

Everything in this world is interlinked. Every activites have a meaning. Simply follow this, every night think, what all we have done? where all we have gone wrong? how can we correct those faults? what is remaining incomplete? If you do this or follow this everyday, you will know how precious life is and most of all, what you feel is not complete? you will understand that it have an end are meaning for it one day. Nothing is useless, everything can be reused or have value in it. We might think its just a 'pin' but have a lot of value. Like the old saying,

"Even a small sliver of wood can help as a toothpick"

You can define the life of activities as a chain reaction or a circle, there can't be an end it has to go on. Just like a hypercube.

We are all familiar or heard of the story of how Adam and Eve were created and how Eve was cursed for not obeying the God's only rule of them going near the apple tree. But, they have crossed His word because Eve tempted Adam, forcing him to eat the apple. Though they were given all the freedom of enjoying except the apple tree. Eve was so much into the thoughts of, why not we go there? or what's wrong in that place? why not we go there and have a look? So curious and inquisitive she was! When they went there, the snake, the sathan easily understood Eve's weakness and tempted her to have the apple.

Though its a simple and well known story why am I talking about this is, no one can attain the power of God. There can be only one God like we all have one heart to live. An extraordinary power which controls everything. God created two humans but he wished to create humans like him. He wanted to protect us, but we are the cause for all the happenings. Nobody is ready to listen to no one. Everyone thinks we are superior. But we don't know how much of danger it all holds.

I have heard an old song and would like to quote,

"A person who reaches the state of salutation,

There is no place for him in this world."

Thats true, why am I telling this, because very jealous and narrow we are, don't know why we are born and are crazy of green notes. Why he should be so superior? or why not me? or what does he have that I don't have in me? or who is he to instruct everyone? or if we destroy him I will become powerful. These are the thoughts we possess. Just think for a second, if that person is saying so, how much of obstacles he must have seen in his life, rather we think crooked. People never allowed Great men to live. What happened to Gandhi? Diana? Indira Gandhi? Abraham Lincoln? Just power in every one's eye blocked their thinking of what their purpose in this world. Everyone are fighting for the Power, forgetting where our world is forced to! we have lost Great men, who we need now! This world is falling apart, who will hold them in hands and care? Just dropping a gem in the ocean and searching for it! Will it happen?! People have gone mad, lost their sense of thinking. Doesn't understand that they have lost a good Teacher above all a good Father! Making Us worry how this world is going to face the future?!

I don't think so, its a very good ending for our people :-( Everything is going beyond our control. There are so many technological advancements making us lazy, but we are still enjoying its pleasure. Just few people is enough who can able to predict how this world will be facing Robotic technologies. Its hell! Who is going to rule whom? Then they will realise the words of our elders. Just a simple logic, no big thing in it. Just think and make our world a peaceful place to live in.

There is no power than Student Power! We all can make it happen. Anyway we are all going to be Elders one day that time we will realise how its to be like our Ancestors. How much of toilings we have to face! Just a simple phenomena, this world as a mirror reflects what we have done. That time, we would feel the presence of our beloved ones and so many responsibilities.

What we all ask? A simple SMILE, some ENCOURAGEMENT, CARING TALKS and above all some ADVICE which will guide us through our life of hurdles. A support which we are longing for. Why can't we make the World realise this! Why not we?
